Second Suspect Charged Following Retail Theft Investigation

Following further enquiries by officers from the Town Centre Team and My Local Bobbies, a second suspect was identified and arrested in connection with a retail theft investigation involving approximately £1,200 worth of goods stolen from a local business.
 

The female suspect was also wanted for breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO), and officers worked swiftly to locate and arrest her.

Following her arrest, she was:

✅ Charged with offences relating to the investigation

✅ Charged with breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order

✅ Remanded into custody

She is due to appear before court in due course.
 

These arrests represent a positive outcome for local businesses and demonstrate the effectiveness of joint working between partner agencies in identifying and pursuing those involved in repeat offending.
